• Lead and develop a high-performingsales and trade counter team
• Driverevenue growth, margin and branch profitability
• Build strong relationships withtrade customers and contractors
• Identify and win newbusiness development opportunities
• Manage keycustomer accounts and grow spend
• Oversee stock, pricing, margins and branch performance
• Deliver excellent customer service in atrade / wholesale environment
• Ensure high operational, compliance and Health & Safety standards
• Create a positive, target-driven and customer-focused team culture

Previous managerial experience in a merchanting business, preferably with electrical knowledge
