Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum (DOE) + £5,000+ Annual Quality & Commercial Bonus

The Successful Candidate Will Have

• Previous experience working within children's residential care.
• At least 2 years' experience in residential childcare, including 1 year in a supervisory or management role within the last five years.
• A strong understanding of Ofsted regulations, Children's Homes Regulations, Quality Standards and SCCIF.
• Experience supporting children with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) and managing complex behaviours.
• Strong leadership, communication and people management skills.
• Experience managing staffing, budgets and operational performance.
• A passion for delivering high‑quality, child‑centred care and achieving positive outcomes.
• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (essential).
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare, or willingness to enrol within 6 months of appointment.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
