Sales Manager – Luxury Interiors

Job description

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager who really understands the luxury design world — interiors, kitchens, bathrooms, furniture and ultra-high-end retail. This role will suit someone with a deep knowledge and network within London’s design and architecture community.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with high-end international brands, private clients, architects and interior designers, with a strong understanding of furniture, finishes and materials.

Key responsibilities

• Building and executing a clear sales strategy
• Identifying and securing new business across interior design, furniture, kitchen and bathroom categories
• Managing the full sales process, from first contact to closing
• Growing an existing network and opening doors to new partnerships
• Representing the business at meetings, events and industry gatherings
• Working closely with internal teams to shape tailored solutions for clients

Desired Experience

• Strong background in luxury design, interiors or premium retail
• A well-established network in London (designers, architects, showroom, retail leads)
• A consultative sales style and genuine understanding of high-end design products
• Confident communicator who can build trust quickly
• Self-driven, commercially focused and comfortable working at pace
• Someone who enjoys working with creative professionals and premium brands
