Business Analyst, Salesforce Projects
London, UK Full time 3+ years experience
Work directly with UK clients to understand their processes and shape them into clear, buildable Salesforce requirements.
What you will do
- Run stakeholder workshops and map current and future-state processes
- Write user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Maintain the product backlog and support sprint planning
- Coordinate user acceptance testing and training
- Act as the bridge between client teams and our delivery team in India
What we are looking for
- 3+ years as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 on Salesforce projects
- Experience with Agile delivery and tools such as Jira
- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst or Administrator preferred
