Our team of experts in the US, UK and Israel built the solution: a platform that empowers online brokers, private banks, and wealth managers to offer securities lending to their clients. We call it SLaaS: Securities Lending as a Service. It’s a fully digital, customizable, end-to-end solution that automates front- and back-office operations. Responsibilities

• Support the legal team with the review, negotiation, execution and management of NDAs, commercial contracts, vendor agreements and other legal documentation

• Manage contract execution processes and maintain legal records, trackers, meta data and document repositories

• Coordinate vendor due diligence and onboarding processes, including document collection and stakeholder management and first review of terms, with scope to take ownership of procurement process over time

• Assist with KYC requests, corporate documentation and regulatory information requests

• Liaise with internal teams and external counterparties to drive matters through to completion
  

Requirements

• Experience working in an in-house legal team or law firm - desirable

• Strong organisational and document management skills

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously

• Confident drafting professional correspondence and communicating with stakeholders

• Experience with contract management, legal operations, vendor onboarding and electronic signature platforms such as DocuSign

• Proactive, commercially minded and able to work independently

• Genuinely interested in technology and comfortable working in a fast-paced, digital, product-led environment

• Exposure to fintech, SaaS or other technology businesses - a plus

• Exposure to responsible use of AI Tools
