3D CAD Technician (Fabrication)

Are you a 3D CAD Technician from a Fabrication background, looking to join a well-established company where you will be working on an array of exciting construction projects of bespoke metalwork and structural steel, including on prestigious sports stadiums?

In this role you will be designing 2D and 3D models for a range of projects within the structural, architectural and industrial sectors. Projects range from balustrades to staircases to support beams. You will oversee all design elements from cradle to grave whilst liaising with internal and external teams. This role comes with a lot of autonomy and ample opportunity to travel the UK for client site visits.

This role would suit a 3D CAD Technician from a fabrication background, with experience overseeing projects looking to join a tight-knit and collaborative company offering ongoing training as you work on interesting, technically challenging projects.

• Overseeing the design process from concept to completion
• Working with Tekla
• Liaise with internal and external teams, occasional site visits
