The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone who has experience managing people within a busy service or engineering environment.
Ideally, you'll have
- Previous experience as a Service Supervisor, Service Manager, Service Team Leader or similar.
- Proven experience managing staff, including performance reviews and day‑to‑day team management.
- A good understanding of service coordination, engineer scheduling or field service operations.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Confidence dealing with customers, resolving problems and supporting a busy team.
- Good IT skills and experience working with service management systems.
Experience within heavy plant, construction equipment, plant hire, powered access or similar industries would be advantageous, although candidates from other service‑led engineering environments will also be considered.
The Package
- £40,000 – £46,500 basic salary, depending on experience.
- Monday to Friday working hours.
