Location: Bungay, Suffolk

Salary: From £45,000 per annum, depending on experience

Job Type: Full Time

Michelle Denny Recruitment is recruiting a Commercial Property Solicitor or equivalent qualified legal professional on behalf of Sprake & Kingsley, a respected law firm based in Bungay, Suffolk.

This is an opportunity to manage a varied commercial property caseload, work with an established client base and develop your career within a supportive, approachable team.

The work includes commercial transactions, development matters and complex property issues, with opportunities to gain experience in agricultural property.

The role

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Drafting and negotiating commercial leases
• Dealing with unregistered land and complex title matters
• Advising on commercial property lending
• Handling residential and commercial development transactions
• Drafting transfers, charges, option agreements and overage deeds
• Liaising with clients, agents, surveyors and colleagues
• Supporting other members of the property team where required

About you

• At least 2 years' PQE in commercial property, or equivalent relevant experience
• Experience managing commercial property transactions
• Strong drafting and technical legal skills
• Good communication, organisation and problem-solving abilities
• Confidence working independently and collaboratively
• An interest in developing their expertise and progressing professionally
