Are you an experienced Architect with strongplanning experienceand a passion for rural design? Join our well-established architectural practice, renowned for delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects throughout the stunning countryside locations.

We are looking for a talented Architect to become part of our collaborative team. You’ll work across a wide variety of rural schemes, including bespoke homes, conversions, commercial buildings, as well as heritage and conservation projects.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading and supporting projects from concept through to completion
• Preparing and submitting planning applications, including statements and supporting documents with administration support
• Managing the planning process and liaising with local authorities
• Producing high-quality technical drawings and design proposals
• Conducting site visits across North Devon and the South West

What We’re Looking For:

• Fully qualified Architect with proven UK practice experience
• Strong planning knowledge and experience preparing planning applications
• Background in rural, residential, or commercial projects
• Excellent design, technical and presentation skills
• Proficiency with Revit is essential for a flying start (D5 Render, SketchUp, etc.)
• Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset
• Passion for rural architecture and sympathetic, landscape-led design
• Supporting in the development of our junior team members
