Parking Engineer

£28 - £30 per hour
- Receive, review and process applications for disabled parking bays, and progress approved applications through assessment, design, consultation, statutory and implementation stages.
- Assist the wider Traffic Engineering team with general traffic and parking enquiries, site visits, data gathering, record keeping and scheme administration.
- Undertake parking investigations and assist in the design and delivery of minor parking schemes, including waiting and loading restrictions, parking bays and other local parking improvements.
- Respond clearly and promptly to correspondence and enquiries from residents, elected Members and other stakeholders on disabled parking bays and general parking matters.
