Sales Manager – ITC

Deliver the most high-quality service to all our clients and trade partners, ensuring the team are equipped to build and develop personalised customer relationships for ITC. Lead the sales team by communicating, engaging, coaching, and motivating them, playing a pivotal and pro‑active role in identifying key learning skill and needs to support the achievement of targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver booking volumes, revenue, and profit targets, ensuring the teams are focussing on key touchpoints that add value to the business
• Training, coaching, supporting, and developing each member of the sales team to achieve their monthly/annual profit target
• Daily management of all leads into the sales team, ensuring all are serviced to the highest standards and within agreed timeframes and KPI’s
• Daily management of outgoing ‘touch points to clients’ to ensure service levels are maintained and consistency in service delivered across the team
• Review of performance and leads into the team, providing snapshots of key commercial insight, sharing successes and forward-facing priorities and challenges

This is a full-time hybrid position based at our Chester office, working Monday to Friday with various shift patterns across an agreed rota within office hours 8am – 7:30pm. The role is also required to participate in a rota for Saturday working for which a day of in lieu is given, and may also be required to participate in a rota for Sundays.
