Job description

The Senior Care Assistant will provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to residents within AE Care Group Limited's residential and dementia care setting, while leading and supporting Care Assistants during each shift.
The role involves;
Promoting dignity
Independence
Comfort
Safety and wellbeing
Overseeing the day-to-day delivery of care
Supporting accurate care planning and record keeping
Administering or supporting medication in line with training and policy
Acting as a positive role model for safe, respectful and responsive care
