Job title - Traffic Management Operative (Qualified and Trainee)
Location: Ringwood depot - Within travelling distance from Bournemouth, Salisbury, Weymouth, Dorchester, Southampton, Shaftesbury
Hours: Guaranteed 48 HPW plus OT opportunities; must be flexible to work weekends!
Day shifts are typical, but flexibility is key — you'll need to be open to evenings, nights, weekends, working away during peak periods, and joining the on-call rota, especially if you have access to a company van
If you hold your M1/M2 Lantra qualifications or above, we would love to talk with you. We also have a few trainee positions available, and now is a great time to join the team and progress in a new career.
