Base salary of £28k
Uncapped commission - expect to earn £50k in Year 1, and up to £70k in Year 2
Opportunity to work alongside and learn from the two founders: they have successfully produced ten £100k billers in under 3 years!
Work with clients across the US, European, and Asian markets, therefore offer worldwide travel for client meetings and events!
Office in Austin, and office now launching in New York, with opportunity for relocation!
Brand new office in Bank with panoramic views of the City of London.
Quarterly incentive trips to Mykonos, St Tropez, the Alps, Dubai, etc.
What The Role Entails: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Conduct detailed market mapping to identify and headhunt top-tier talent
Build and maintain relationships with VERY impressive clients, proactively winning new business
Develop and manage your own portfolio of clients and candidates
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial screening call to final placement
Lead contract and salary negotiations to ensure successful outcomes for all parties
What You Need: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
A degree from a top 50 university
Confident, personable, and ability to form long-lasting relationships
Previous commercial work experience (sales experience is a plus)
Strong work ethic with a drive to achieve success
Motivated to become a BIG earner
Competitive mindset, ideally with a background in sports
