Part-Time Warehouse Operative - Thursday & Friday Only - Long-Term Opportunity - Avonmouth, Bristol - Up to £14.30ph Including Holiday Pay

Pay Rates

Monday to Friday: £12.76 per hour
Equivalent to £14.30 per hour including value of holiday pay
Holiday pay accrued separately and paid when you book time off

About the Role

Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative on behalf of a well-established business within the automotive industry in Avonmouth. This is an excellent opportunity for a Warehouse Operative seeking a long-term part-time role with the potential to increase to full-time hours in the future.
Working within a clean and organised warehouse environment, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, packed and prepared for distribution.

Duties and Responsibilities

Picking automotive parts using handheld scanners
Accurately selecting products against customer orders
Packing products ready for dispatch
Putting stock away within warehouse locations
Supporting stock movement and warehouse replenishment activities
Assisting with warehouse running duties as required
Working towards daily productivity targets
Maintaining accuracy and attention to detail at all times
Following site health and safety procedures
Supporting other warehouse functions when required

Shift Pattern

Thursday and Friday
08:30am - 06:00pm
No weekend working
30 minutes break per shift
Long-term ongoing assignment
Potential opportunity to move into a 5-day working week in the future
Additional paid hours may be available when required

Requirements

The successful Warehouse Operative will require:
Previous warehouse experience is desirable
Experience using handheld scanners would be advantageous
Ability to work towards performance targets
Strong attention to detail
Good communication skills
Reliable and punctual approach to work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Steel toe-capped safety boots
High-visibility vest
Plain dark workwear suitable for warehouse duties
