Class 1 Driver

HireGiant is currently looking for an experienced Class 1 Driver to work with our client based in Birmingham . This is a fantastic opportunity for ongoing work completing trunking worik across the UK! This is ongoing LGV work!

The Role:
As a HGV Class 1 Driver, you will be:

You will be responsible for trunking work around 1-2 collections per night
Must have at least 1 year HGV experience.
Ensuring collections are recovered and paperwork is in order
Completing HGV vehicle checks
Adhering to WTD and EU Tacho rules and regulations while driving the HGV truck
Working Monday to Friday (optional weekend shifts available)
Starting around 21:00pm - 22:00pm daily - shifts around 8- 12 hours

Requirements:
Class 1 licence entitlement
A valid CPC and Digital Tacho card
Safety boots and Hi-Vis vest

Hours & Pay Rates (PAYE):

Monday to Friday shift pattern - 21:00pm to 22:00pm Start
Shift Length - 8-12 hours
Up to £19.00- £21.00 per hour – shift dependant (Monday to Friday)
