Warehouse Operatives – Free Transport from Northampton to Corby Location: Corby (Free transport provided from Northampton Town Centre)
Job Type: Full-time, Continental Shift Pattern
Pay Rates:
Day Shift: £13.54 per hour (10:00 – 22:00)

Night Shift: £15.24 per hour (22:00 – 10:00)

Attendance & Performance Bonus Earn additional weekly bonuses based on 100% attendance and performance:
£50 per week until 22nd November 2026

£100 per week until 27th December 2026

Bonuses are paid monthly , subject to meeting attendance and performance requirements.
Job Description We are recruiting Warehouse Operatives to work at a busy warehouse in Corby. This is a great opportunity for candidates living in Northampton, with free bus transport provided from Northampton Town Centre .
The role involves picking, packing and preparing customer orders, including Christmas hampers and alcohol products.
Main Responsibilities:
Picking and packing alcohol bottles and other small items

Handling and packing bottles of wine, spirits and other alcoholic products

Assembling and packing Christmas hampers

Accurately picking customer orders

Ensuring products are packed safely and correctly

Maintaining a clean and organised working environment

No heavy lifting is required for this role.
Shift Pattern The warehouse operates a continental rotating shift pattern.
Example rotation:
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday

Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

Week 3: Same as Week 1

Week 4: Same as Week 2

There are two available rotations. Your actual rota will depend on your start date.
