£25.42 per hour including applicable holiday pay entitlement
Holiday pay is accrued separately in line with PAYE regulations and is not available as rolled-up holiday pay for this vacancy.

About the Role

Pure Staff are recruiting for a Production Operative to join a well-established food manufacturing business in the Droitwich area. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking long-term, ongoing work with flexible shift options and the chance to work within a busy production environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

As a Production Operative , your responsibilities will include:
Working within a refrigerated production environment maintained between 5°C and 8°C
Moving cages safely throughout the production and despatch areas
Loading and unloading products accurately
Operating shrink-wrap machinery
Preparing products for dispatch
Recording information accurately and completing relevant documentation
Following health and safety procedures at all times
Supporting the wider production team to meet operational targets
Maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy

Shift Pattern

Two shift patterns available: 06:00 - 16:00
16:00 - 03:00

Full-time and part-time opportunities available
Part-time applicants can work from 2 shifts per week
Full-time workers should be flexible to work up to 5 shifts per week
Shifts can be worked across any 5 days from 7
Customer operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
Ongoing work available throughout the year

Requirements

To be considered for this Production Operative role, you will need:
Previous production, warehouse or manufacturing experience advantageous but not essential
Good attention to detail
Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
