Our client is looking for a driven, personable and commercially minded Graduate/Junior Recruitment Consultant who wants to develop professionally, build a valuable network and maximise their earning potential. No recruitment experience needed. Just the right attitude, ambition and willingness to learn. What will you be doing? Identifying and attracting high-calibre talent within the financial services market. Building long-term relationships with candidates and senior professionals.

Managing the recruitment process from initial conversation through to successful placement. Learning from an experienced, supportive team in a specialist market. Developing your own network, expertise and reputation. Progressing quickly, with opportunities driven by your performance. Who are we looking for?
