Quest Employment is recruiting Production Operatives on behalf of our client in Brackley, a leading supplier of fresh food products to the retail and food service industries.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy production team, with a temporary position offering the potential to become permanent for the right candidates.
Working Hours & Pay
Pay rate: £13.15 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Hours: 6:45 am – 6:00 pm
Days off: One day off on a rotational basis
Contract: Temporary, with the potential for permanent employment
Transport: Provided from Coventry, Northampton and Banbury
What Will You Be Doing?
As a Production Operative, you will play an important role in ensuring that fresh food products are prepared, handled and packed to the highest quality standards.
Your duties may include:
Correctly placing products on the production line.
Sorting and grading products.
Preparing products ready for packing.
Cleaning equipment and maintaining a clean working environment.
Repetitive lifting of products weighing up to 2kg.
Pushing and moving dolavs weighing up to 500kg in certain departments.
Carrying out light and heavier pushing and moving tasks, depending on the department.
Working in cold-temperature environments.
Wearing the correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Following all health and safety procedures.
