Counterbalance FLT Driver
Location: Leicester, LE1
Pay Rate: £13.42 per hour
Shift: Monday to Friday, shifts available 06:00–14:00 (AM) & 14:00-22:00 (PM)
Contract: Full-time, ongoing
Start Date: Immediate starts available
About the Role
Quest Employment are currently recruiting for Counterbalance FLT Drivers to join a well-established food manufacturing business in Leicester .
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and reliable FLT Driver looking for full-time, ongoing work within a busy production and warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
Safely and efficiently operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck
Loading and unloading deliveries and vehicles
Moving stock, raw materials and finished products around the site
Moving pallets to designated storage and production areas
Supporting warehouse and production teams when required
Completing relevant paperwork and following site procedures
Maintaining high standards of health & safety, hygiene and housekeeping
Following all company policies and site safety procedures
Requirements
Valid Counterbalance FLT licence – essential
Full UK Driving Licence – essential
Previous FLT experience preferred
Experience within a warehouse, manufacturing or food production environment is advantageous
Good understanding of health & safety procedures
Reliable, punctual and hardworking
Able to work effectively as part of a team
Good attention to detail and a positive attitude
