Pertemps are recruiting experienced Warehouse Operatives to join a brand-new, state-of-the-art distribution centre in Northampton.

Shift & Pay
Monday to Friday 06:00-1400, £13.59 per hour

14:00-22:00 £13.99 per hour

Overtime after 40 hours: £20.39 per hour

The Role Picking and packing products accurately

Stock handling and inventory duties

Loading and unloading deliveries

General warehouse housekeeping

Manual handling duties, including some heavy lifting

Supporting wider warehouse operations

Following health and safety procedures at all times

What We're Looking For Previous warehouse experience is essential

Strong work ethic and excellent reliability

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Willingness to learn new skills and develop within the business

Flexibility to support occasional weekend working when required
