Graduate/ Trainee Recruitment Consultant – London £27,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission | £50,000 OTE Year 1

Our client is looking for driven, competitive and ambitious individuals to join their London team as Trainee Recruitment Consultants.
No recruitment experience? No problem. They'll give you the training, tools and support to succeed. What matters most is your attitude, work ethic and hunger to win.
What you will be doing:
Head hunting top talent and identifying candidates for exciting career opportunities.
Building client relationships and understanding what businesses need.
Winning new business through proactive outreach, networking and sales conversations.
Interviewing and qualifying candidates to find the right people for the right roles.
Managing the recruitment process from the initial conversation through to placement.
Negotiating and closing deals , turning opportunities into results.
Working towards targets and competing to achieve individual and team goals.
You'll develop valuable sales, negotiation and relationship-building skills while learning how to turn hard work into commercial success.
