An exciting opportunity has arisen for a target-driven Telephone Sales Agent to join our high-performing team at our Head Office in Thorne. This is a sales-focused role, where success is measured by your ability to convert opportunities, maximise revenue, and consistently exceed targets.
You will be fully supported by experienced leadership, with structured onboarding and ongoing sales training designed to help you continually improve performance and maximise earnings.
You'll join one of our high-performing, sales-driven specialist teams: whether within our GAP Insurance Team, Service Booking Team, Service Plan Team, or Essential Maintenance Team, matched to your skill set, where your focus will be on maximising every customer interaction and driving revenue. In this target-led environment, you will proactively contact existing customers and convert every interaction into a sales opportunity. You will also handle inbound enquiries, with a strong emphasis on closing the sale and increasing value by identifying need and offering tailored products to our customers.
