Internal Sales Coordinator - Global Manufacturer

Consulo are proud recruitment partners to an established international manufacturer supplying specialist products and engineered solutions to a diverse range of industrial sectors.

Our client is looking to appoint a motivated, organised and customer-focused individual to join its internal sales and customer support team at its Dukinfield facility.

This opportunity would suit someone currently working in Internal Sales, Sales Administration, Sales Support, Customer Service, Customer Account Coordination, Order Processing or a similar commercially focused office-based position in the Manufacturing, Engineering or Industrial sectors

You do not necessarily need previous experience selling engineering products. We are particularly interested in individuals who have worked within manufacturing, engineering, industrial distribution or other product-led businesses and are comfortable managing customer enquiries, orders and internal systems.

The working environment is friendly, supportive and collaborative, with an emphasis on providing excellent customer service rather than aggressive outbound selling.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries by telephone and email, providing professional and efficient support.

Prepare and process customer quotations, sales orders and associated documentation.

Use SAP to maintain accurate customer information, process transactions and monitor orders.

Liaise with internal departments including Sales, Manufacturing, Operations, Purchasing and Logistics.

Communicate pricing, product availability, lead times and delivery updates to customers.

*

Follow up outstanding quotations and customer enquiries where appropriate.

Support existing customer accounts, building positive working relationships and ensuring a high standard of service.

Assist with order amendments, customer queries, invoicing issues and general sales administration.

*

Develop an understanding of the company's technical products and their applications through ongoing training.
