We operate in over 35 sites throughout Central Scotland, the North East of England and East Anglia.
Due to our continued success and rapid growth an excellent opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Site Operative based at our Newtongrange Asphalt and Concrete Depot. The successful candidates should be customer focused, reliable, well organised and be able to work well as part of a team in a busy quarry environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate static and mobile plant machinery safely and efficiently
Conduct daily inspections and maintain accurate records
Perform maintenance and minor repairs within your competence
Refuel and clean machinery in line with manufacturer and company standards as part of the IMS accreditations
Use Front-End Loader for material movement, training provided
Report defects and near misses to site management
Uphold site safety standards
Travel to nearby sites may be required (allowances provided if applicable)
