We're looking for an ambitious Branch Manager Trainee who wants more responsibility, genuine career progression and the chance to develop into a Branch Manager. You don't need experience in this industry – what matters is your ability to lead people, deliver outstanding customer service and thrive in a busy operational environment.

This is a hands-on Branch Manager Trainee position where you'll learn every aspect of running a successful branch. From leading a team and driving sales to managing day-to-day operations and delivering an exceptional customer experience, you'll receive structured training while taking on increasing responsibility as your confidence grows.

The Role As a Branch Manager Trainee, you'll work alongside experienced managers to develop the commercial, operational and leadership skills needed to run your own branch in the future.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the day-to-day running of a busy branch
Leading, motivating and developing a customer-facing team
Delivering outstanding customer service and resolving customer queries
Managing bookings, administration and operational activity
Monitoring branch performance, workflow and service standards
Driving sales and identifying opportunities to grow revenue
Building lasting relationships with customers
Maintaining high standards of health & safety, compliance and presentation
Learning how to manage branch performance, profitability and commercial decisions

Duty Manager
