Warehouse Operative - (Heavy Lifting)

Location: Panattoni Park, Northampton, NN7
Pay Rate: £13.12 - £14.22 per hour
Shifts: Monday to Friday
AM Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm | £13.12 per hour
PM Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm | £14.22 per hour

Warehouse Operatives Required - Panattoni Park, NN7

Quest Employment are currently recruiting reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join a busy warehouse operation based at Panattoni Park, Northampton.

This is a hands-on warehouse role involving the movement, handling, loading and unloading of large household appliances (white goods).

Please note: This is a physically demanding warehouse position involving regular heavy lifting and manual handling. Candidates must be comfortable with the physical requirements of the role.

We have both morning and afternoon shifts available, offering consistent Monday to Friday working hours.

The Role

As a Warehouse Operative, your duties may include:

• Loading and unloading deliveries and containers
• Handling and moving large household appliances and other bulky items
• Re-palletising and organising stock safely
• Picking and preparing customer orders
• Packing and securing products ready for dispatch
• Moving stock to designated warehouse locations
• Supporting goods-in and goods-out operations
• Checking products for damage or discrepancies
• Carrying out general warehouse duties as required
• Working towards daily productivity and accuracy targets
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
• Following all site health and safety procedures

What We're Looking For

We are looking for candidates who:

• Are comfortable with regular heavy lifting and manual handling
• Have previous warehouse, loading, unloading or logistics experience, desirable
• Are reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Are physically capable of completing demanding warehouse duties safely
• Can work efficiently in a busy warehouse environment
• Have good attention to detail
• Can work independently and as part of a team
• Are happy carrying out a variety of warehouse duties
• Can commit to their chosen shift pattern

Shift Patterns & Pay

AM Shift

• Monday to Friday
• 6:00am - 2:00pm
• £13.12 per hour

PM Shift

• Monday to Friday
• 2:00pm - 10:00pm
• £14.22 per hour
