VNA & MHE Drivers – Kettering / Burton Latimer

Pay: £14.06 – £15.71 per hour (depending on shift)

Shifts: 6–2 / 2–10 (fixed or rotating)

Nights: 10pm–6am (Mon night start - Sat morning finish)

Start: Inductions this week | Roles commence next week | START ASAP

Contract: Ongoing until Christmas

Role Overview

Fox Resourcing are recruiting experienced VNA & MHE Drivers for our client based in Kettering / Burton Latimer. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure ongoing work through peak season, with the chance of a permanent role for the right candidates.

You’ll be operating VNA/MHE equipment within a busy warehouse environment, supporting stock movement, replenishment, and general warehouse duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate VNA trucks and MHE equipment safely and efficiently
• Support stock put‐away, replenishment, and pallet movements
• Work within fast‐paced warehouse operations
• Follow all site safety rules and procedures
• Complete tasks accurately to maintain stock integrity
• Work as part of a team to meet daily targets

Requirements

• Accredited FLT licence – RTITB preferred
• Previous VNA/MHE experience
• Good understanding of warehouse processes
• Ability to work fixed or rotating shifts
• Reliability and strong work ethic
• In‐house refresh available if required

Shifts Available

• 6am–2pm
• 2pm–10pm
• Rotating 6–2 / 2–10
• Nights: 10pm–6am (Mon–Fri)

Pay Rates

* £14.06 – £15.71 per hour (depending on shift)
