We are currently recruiting for Support workers tojoin our team at National Neurological Services - Preston
At National Neurological Services we support peoplewith Acquired Brain Injuries and Neurological conditions in the rehabilitation.

We strive to achieve personal goals and endeavour to support individuals inregaining as much independence as possible following the injury or condition.

The role of a National Care Group Support Worker
You will work with young adults who have complexneeds. We are looking for a respectful and caring individual who canpassionately support our young adults to fulfil their potential. This is asometimes challenging role but one with huge rewards.
You will build positive relationships with people by listening, discussing, and then planning goals and ambitions together.
You will help to plan their daily tasks and assist with practical activities such as cooking, cleaning and running errands.
You will assist with personal care, which may include support with eating and administering medication.
You will help to plan and participate in any exciting days out they wish to enjoy.
You will make a positive impact on someone's life by supporting them to become more independent wherever possible.
