Warehouse Operative – Northampton (NN7) Location: Panattoni Park, NN7
Shifts: Monday to Friday – 06:00–14:00 or 14:00–22:00
Pay Rate: £13.12–£14.25 per hour
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Start Date: Immediate Starts Available
Warehouse Operatives Required Quest Employment is currently recruiting reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join a busy warehouse operation based at Panattoni Park, NN7.
This is a great opportunity for candidates looking for ongoing work with the potential to secure a permanent position. You will play an important role in supporting daily warehouse operations, ensuring goods are handled accurately, safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch

Loading and unloading deliveries when required

Moving and handling stock safely around the warehouse

Checking goods for accuracy, damage and discrepancies

Completing relevant paperwork and updating stock records where required

Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised working environment

Following site health and safety procedures at all times

Supporting different warehouse departments as required

Candidate Requirements Previous warehouse experience is preferred

Reliable, punctual and hardworking with a positive attitude

Good attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions

Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Committed to maintaining high standards of health and safety

What We Offer Competitive pay rates of £13.12–£14.25 per hour
