Driver Hire Dundee is excited to announce an opportunity for experienced Van Drivers to become a vital part of our client's operation. You'll be delivering totes of medication to pharmacies across Dundee and the surrounding areas. If you're a skilled commercial driver seeking regular work with a professional and well-organized team, this could be the perfect fit for you!

The Role

As a Van Driver, your responsibilities will include:

• Making multi-drop deliveries of medication to pharmacies.
• Safely and efficiently delivering and collecting totes.
• Driving throughout Dundee and the surrounding local area.
• Completing delivery paperwork and adhering to agreed procedures.
• Providing a professional and courteous service to customers.
• Conducting vehicle checks and reporting any issues.
• Working Monday to Saturday, with flexible shifts available throughout the week.

Pay & Hours

We offer competitive pay and flexible hours:

• £15.13 per hour
• £17.37 per hour after 8 hours
• £17.37 per hour on Saturdays
• Monday to Saturday shifts available
• Opportunities for regular ongoing work

About You

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following:

• A full UK driving licence.
• No more than 3 penalty points.
• Recent commercial van driving experience.
• Previous multi-drop delivery experience is highly desirable.
• A professional and reliable approach to work.
• Good geographical knowledge of Dundee and the surrounding area.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to handle totes safely and adhere to delivery schedules.

Experience delivering to pharmacies or healthcare settings is a plus, but don't worry—full role-specific procedures will be provided!
