Your Role at Raising Cane’s

As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Restaurant Leader with day-to-day operations and ensuring we uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture. Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring operations meet Raising Cane’s standards across all Restaurant zones during your shift
• Acting as the manager on duty, opening and closing the restaurant
• Managing cash handling and ensuring accountability
• Enforcing Raising Cane’s policies and standards
• Executing shift management while meeting operations and safety standards
• Directing Crewmembers and providing exemplary customer service
• Utilizing reward and recognition programs for Crewmembers
• Ensuring cleanliness and good working order of the Restaurant
• Completing other duties as assigned

Are You the Right Fit?

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Self-driven, flexible, and energetic with strong communication skills
• A problem-solver who can set goals and execute plans
• Knowledgeable in staffing, scheduling, and cost management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems
• Available to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
• At least 18 years of age with 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
• GCSEs or equivalent preferred

Working Conditions

Be prepared for a fast-paced kitchen environment that requires physical exertion, including walking, standing, lifting, and bending. You’ll be interacting with customers and working both indoors and outdoors in varied temperatures.
