Key Responsibilities Assist patients with daily living activities, including washing, dressing, and dietary needs.
Monitor and record patient vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
Support clinical staff by preparing care environments and updating patient documentation.
Provide emotional support, reassurance, and a high standard of compassionate care to patients.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming ward environment.

Requirements Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant or Care Assistant (ideally within an NHS or acute hospital setting).
