As a Sales Assistant based in our Ilkeston branch you'll be responsible for: Serving customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations and quotations.

Building relationships with customers with the aim of driving repeat business, enhancing customer experience, and maximising lifetime value Responding to customer enquiries via phone & email providing quotes promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude.

General warehouse duties including booking incoming stock onto the systems and putting it away and picking & packing customer orders This is a full time, 40 hour permanent role

• Monday to Friday between 7:30am
• 4:30pm.

Saturday working on a rota basis, 8am to 12pm, paid as overtime. Xohmjla

And here's what we'd like you to have: Knowledge in plumbing & heating is beneficial Proven experience in a face to face sales/customer service position Great communication skills and a customer-first approach Great team player and willing to support in all areas of the branch A full UK Manual Driving licence is preferable We look forward to receiving your application!
