ROLE: Warehouse Supervisor
HOURS: Rotational - Monday - Thursday / Tuesday - Friday 21:00 - 07:30
SALARY: £30,000 - £33,000 dependent on experience, plus benefits

We are currently recruiting for a proactive and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to support the day-to-day operation of our busy warehouse and distribution function at Alunet Systems, part of the Eurocell Group of companies.

Reporting into the Warehouse Manager, you will play a key role in leading warehouse teams, driving operational performance, maintaining high standards of quality and safety, and ensuring customer orders are delivered accurately and on time.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional with supervisory or management experience who enjoys leading teams, developing people, and continuously improving processes.

WHAT OUR WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR DO:
Support the management and delivery of warehouse operational KPIs, ensuring targets are achieved
Lead and motivate warehouse teams to deliver exceptional service, quality and productivity
Oversee picking, packing and dispatch operations to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently
Ensure stock replenishment activities are completed to support efficient order fulfilment
Coordinate vehicle loading activities to ensure deliveries leave on time and are loaded correctly
Work closely with Quality Control teams to reduce product damage and improve overall quality standards
Coach, develop and upskill team members to maximise individual and team performance
Conduct regular one-to-ones, performance reviews and welfare meetings with direct reports
Champion Health & Safety standards, ensuring safe working practices are followed at all times
Identify opportunities to reduce waste, improve efficiency and control operational costs

WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR WAREHOUSE SUPERVISORS:
Minimum of 2 Years'experience in a warehouse supervisory or management role
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, stock control and order fulfilment processes
Excellent leadership and people management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Good numerical and reporting skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
