We are currently recruiting an enthusiastic and dedicated Temporary Supervisor who can inspire and lead the team to deliver a great customer experience and deliver results for our Argento Belfastfor a period of six months.

Job title: StoreSupervisor Location: Argento, 7-11 Royal Avenue, Belfast, BT1 1FB Contract:40 hours Per Week, Temporary Contract for 6 months(varied shift including Weekdays, evening and weekend shifts) Salary:£26,832 per annum +achievable performance target bonus BENEFITS Generous employee discount on all Argento product Auto-enrolment pension scheme Excellent training programmes including brand training Fantastic incentives throughout the year Fantastic opportunities to progress within the Company JOB SUMMARY Reporting to the Store Manager, the Supervisor will assist in leading and inspiring the team to sell; providing the highest level of service to the customer in a luxurious environment. Aligning with the Store Manager, to deliver expected excellence in store performance, store operations, and achieving our business goals. You may be required to become a keyholder, which full training will be provided for.

At Argento we strive to offer our customers the latest fashion and trends, as such successful candidates will be trained on ear piercing duties a service which is widely available in most Argento stores and immensely popular with our customers!

Responsibilities include:

Acting as role model for the team as an ambassador for the brand at all times Assistwith coaching and motivating the team to achieve store targets; driving sales and footfall Optimise sales through effective customer service and selling techniques Providing exceptional customer services at all times, optimising sales through effective customer service and selling techniques Keyholder responsibilities, including opening and closing store, cashingupand taking offtills, checking floats, completing safe drops, checking all systems are operational.

Review staffing rotas to ensure that staffing levels in all areas can meet expected service levels Deal with customer concerns in a professional, calm, efficient and helpful manner Supporting the Store Manager with the day to day running of the store Ensure deliveries, stock transfers and administration are completed within company Plan and implement shop merchandising,layoutand customer traffic flowso as tomaximise sales, customer satisfaction, appearance,imageand ergonomics for customers Plan,prepand manage stock takes and launch of sale Manage and motivate staff, train and develop staff according to company policies and procedures Promote a culture of development acting as a role model and coaching and developing the team to maximise individual potential Help and support the team to achieve andmaintainthe required standard of conduct and job performance, following the company performance management procedures where necessary Minimise stock loss by ensuring all company security policies and procedures are implemented correctly and followed THE INDIVIDUAL Day to day, you will be working with the Manager in supporting,coachingand motivating the team to achieve the stores targets,identifyingand maximising on opportunities, whilst setting the example in exemplary ARGENTO customer service.? ?You will be expected to have a strong retail floor presence, educating and influencing the store, so enjoying this environment is vital.??You will be trained thoroughly to becomeaARGENTO product expert and with the support from your Manager and Area Manager.

An ideal candidate will have: Previousretail supervisor experience is essential Minimum of 2 GCSE's (or equivalent) Grade C or above in English and Maths Passionate about jewellery and customer service Strong communicationskills Experience in the use of Microsoft office packages Proven experience in driving sales and profitability Adaptable and flexible attitude Sound judgement with confident decision-making Understanding of store targets and the drivers behind them A positive, can-do attitude with an enthusiasm for Argento product & core values A well-presented appearance, and a passion for customer care and sales Desirable: 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English Grade C or above Previousretail experience in a luxury retail environment Experience in EPOS systems If you are looking for a new challenge and you thrive on inspiring a high performing team to beat their targets and provide world-class service, thenwe'dlove to have you join us.
