Multi-Drop Van Driver (Self-Employed), Up to £1,410 a Week, Southampton
Delivery Mates is looking for self-employed multi-drop van drivers to deliver Amazon parcels from the DSO2 delivery station in Southampton. Owner drivers with an LWB van earn £215 per 9-hour route, and from 8 November 2026 a new daily bonus of up to £20 a day comes on top, which means up to £1,410 a week on 6 days. Fuel is paid per mile on top, pay is weekly and you can start within 48 hours.
What you'll earn
£215 per 9-hour route with your own LWB van, all incentives met
£195 per route with your own SWB van
Hire van from our fleet: £195 per route (LWB) or £185 per route (SWB)
New daily bonus from 8 November 2026, on top of normal earnings: £10 a day for 5 days worked (£50 a week), £20 a day for 5 days including a weekend day (£100 a week), £20 a day for 6 days (£120 a week)
Fuel paid per mile on top of the route rate
A typical week with your own LWB van: 5 days £1,125, 5 days including a weekend day £1,175, 6 days £1,410
Weekly pay, self-employed contract for services
What you'll do
Collect your route at the Amazon DSO2 delivery station in Southampton, starting between 8am and 11am
Deliver around 160 to 180 stops and about 300 parcels a day on a 9-hour route, following the delivery app
Work 5 to 6 days a week, including weekends
Keep parcels safe, deliver on time and give customers a professional service
What you'll need
To be able to start within 48 hours
Right to work in the UK on a self-employed basis
Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points and no IN10 or DR endorsement
Your own SWB or LWB van with courier and goods-in-transit insurance; no van? Ask us about hire through Omega Fleet Solutions
A clear DBS check
Good English, a smartphone and a UTR number (we can help you register)
The fitness for a physically demanding, full day of multi-drop delivery, every working day; experience is an advantage, not a requirement
