Reed Education is currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support a range of welcoming primary schools across Reading.

Whether you're looking for flexible day-to-day supply work or a longer-term temporary placement, we have opportunities available to suit your availability and experience.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 or small group basis

Assisting teachers with the delivery of engaging lessons

Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

Supporting children with additional learning or behavioural needs where required

Encouraging pupil engagement and development across the curriculum

What We're Looking For

Previous experience working with children in a school, childcare, youth work or similar setting

A positive, proactive and enthusiastic attitude

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A passion for supporting children's learning and development

Availability for temporary work within Reading and the surrounding areas
