About you:
We are looking for an experienced business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. You have 3+ years of experience, you are confident in both written and verbal English communications and have a proven track record of attracting new business and extracting revenue. Your Grit and determination alone is inspirational as you seek to be the best in your field. You seek out a dynamic work environment that challenges and rewards hard work and success. You are entrepreneurial by nature.

What will you be doing:
Joining a team of dynamic self-starters you will be:
- In charge of the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- 100% outbound activity including calls, emails, messages etc.
- Lead Gen & qualification.
- Cold calls and other outbound activities.
- Hold dynamic sales meetings where you educate your qualified prospects on the product and processes.
- Activate your clients extracting revenue.
- Retain your clients by ensuring a great first experience.
- Hand over clients to the customer success team.
- YoungOnes is a very entrepreneurial organisation leaving you lots of freedom on how you hit your targets and objectives.

What we ask:

  • At least finished college BTEC levels
  • 3+ years senior sales experience;
  • Management skills and experience;
  • Confident in both written and verbal English communications;

  • Proven track record of attracting new business and extracting revenue!
