Recruitment Consultant in London
This role will involve sourcing and contacting candidates & clients, sourcing own leads and negotiating and closing deals all around the states.
What are you going to do:
· Sourcing and placing candidates into new roles
· Building and maintaining long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
· Using several platforms such as Linkedin to build a network
· Taking part in a competitive dynamic with other trainees
· Develop an understanding of your specialist area in order to provide the best recruitment solutions in the industry
· Working toward achievable and realistic monthly, quarterly, and annual financial targets
Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions
