We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to take on the role of Program Facilitator for our Pre-Medicine Summer Camps in Switzerland and the UK.

What are you going to do:
We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to take on the role of Program Facilitator for our Pre-Medicine Summer Camps in Switzerland and the UK. The role will suit a masters student or PhD student of medicine or advanced science.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and creating a comprehensive two-week program aimed at students aged 12 and above, focusing on enhancing their knowledge of medicine while ensuring a fun and engaging learning environment. The camp runs for 6 weeks, so 3 * 2 week rotations.
We will pay between £500-£900 (GBP) or the equivalent in Swiss Francs per week (depending on experience and qualification), we will also provide free room and board.
The successful candidates will be expected to work a few duties throughout the week, including supporting evening activities.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Currently pursuing or have a Masters or Doctorate degree in Medicine or a related field.
- Strong background in medical sciences and a passion for education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in program facilitation and curriculum delivery is a plus.

Responsibilities include:
- Deliver engaging lessons and hands-on activities based on the pre-medicine curriculum.
- Continuously create and adapt content to meet the needs of the students.
- Work with the program coordinator to organize and structure the two-week summer camp schedule at each location.
- Execute hands-on scientific activities, providing practical insights into medical procedures, anatomy, and healthcare practices.
- Manage the Health and safety requirements of a science classroom, providing a safe and functioning learning space.
- Implement strategies to differentiate learning outcomes, catering to diverse student needs.
- Adjust teaching methods to ensure individualized progress and skill development.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages active participation, collaboration, and critical thinking.
- Support evening activities, promoting social interaction and communication skills.
- Share personal experiences and insights into the medical field, offering valuable perspectives on academic and professional development.
