We are seeking a number of dynamic and passionate individuals to take on the role of Program Facilitator for our Public Speaking and Debate Summer Camps in either Switzerland, Spain, or the UK.
What are you going to do:
We are seeking a number of dynamic and passionate individuals to take on the role of Program Facilitator for our Public Speaking and Debate Summer Camps in either Switzerland, Spain, or the UK. This role will suit a Masters or PhD student in Law, International Relations, or a related field.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and creating a comprehensive two-week program aimed at students aged 12 and above, fostering their skills in public speaking, debate, and critical thinking in an enjoyable and supportive learning environment. The programme will run for 6 weeks, so 3 *2-week rotations would be expected.
We will pay between £500-£900 (GBP) or the equivalent in Swiss Francs per week (depending on experience and qualification), we will also provide free room and board.
The successful candidates will be expected to work a few duties throughout the week, including supporting evening activities

Extra information
Responsibilities include:
- Deliver engaging lessons and hands-on activities focused on public speaking and debate.
- Develop and adapt content to suit the diverse needs and interests of the students.
- Collaborate with the program coordinator to organize and structure the two-week summer camp schedule at each location.
- Create clear learning outcomes to be shared with parents.
- Facilitate debate sessions and public speaking exercises, encouraging students to express their thoughts and ideas confidently.
- Create a weeklong experience to really develop core skills and create a final learning piece to showcase student talent.
- Implement strategies to differentiate learning outcomes, catering to the varying levels of skill and experience among the students.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A degree in Law, International Relations, or a related field.
- Currently pursuing a Masters of PhD
- Strong background in debate, public speaking, or related activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in program facilitation and curriculum delivery is advantageous.
