As a Senior Scrub Nurse some of your responsibilities would include but not be limited to: Lead the team in delivering care that improves individual and community health. Foster compassionate patient care through empathetic and respectful relationships. Oversee patient care delivery during specified periods, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Conduct patient safety checks and manage complications through effective contingency planning.

We want to hear from you for the Senior Scrub Nurse role if you have: Registered Practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration. Post-registration qualification relevant to functional specialty. ENB 998 and/or mentorship course completion. Strong judgment and decision-making abilities. Effective problem-solving skills. Proactive, driven, punctual, and reliable. Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances. Approved/recognized anaesthetic course certification. ILS certification.
