Job description
HO in Northampton (Hybrid) | Mon–Fri, 37.5 hrs | From £ DOE
Join Bright Horizons to keep our finances running smoothly! You’ll process invoices, handle payments and expenses, and support suppliers—all while delivering top-notch service.
What You’ll Do:
- Process invoices & expenses
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Maintain supplier records
- Resolve queries fast
- Support credit card & ad hoc payments
- Help improve processes
What You’ll Need:
- 1–3 years’ AP experience
- Strong Excel & communication skills
- AAT part-qualified (preferred)
- Bonus: Workday or Proactis knowledge
You Are:
Detail-driven, organised, calm under pressure, and a great team player.
A DBS is required for this role.
