Job description

HO in Northampton (Hybrid) | Mon–Fri, 37.5 hrs | From £ DOE

Join Bright Horizons to keep our finances running smoothly! You’ll process invoices, handle payments and expenses, and support suppliers—all while delivering top-notch service.


What You’ll Do:

  • Process invoices & expenses
  • Reconcile supplier statements
  • Maintain supplier records
  • Resolve queries fast
  • Support credit card & ad hoc payments
  • Help improve processes


What You’ll Need:

  • 1–3 years’ AP experience
  • Strong Excel & communication skills
  • AAT part-qualified (preferred)
  • Bonus: Workday or Proactis knowledge


You Are:

Detail-driven, organised, calm under pressure, and a great team player.


A DBS is required for this role.
