A well-established and expanding law firm is seeking a skilled Clinical Negligence Associate to join their reputable Dispute Resolution team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a lawyer looking to handle a stimulating and diverse caseload in a supportive, flexible working environment.


The Role:

You will manage your own varied caseload of clinical negligence matters while also supporting senior lawyers on more complex, high-value cases. The role offers real scope for progression, with the chance to work with a team that has extensive experience in claimant clinical negligence work.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Running a caseload of clinical negligence claims from inception to resolution
  • Assisting on high-value and complex cases
  • Engaging with medical experts, clients, and counsel
  • Contributing to business development and client relationship management
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal procedures


About You:

  • 3+ years PQE with solid clinical negligence experience (claimant side preferred)
  • Confident handling cases independently
  • Strong analytical, communication, and client care skills
  • Able to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
