HEAD PASTRY CHEF – LUXURY HOTEL | BERKSHIRE | £50,000-70,000 | 48-HOUR CONTRACT

Smyth & Co. is delighted to be working with one of Berkshire’s most exceptional hotels, known for its elegant cuisine, impeccable service, and exquisite setting. We are seeking a talented and creative Head Pastry Chef to lead a small but ambitious pastry team at this stunning country property.

This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of the pastry offering – from elegant afternoon teas and fine dining desserts, to bespoke event creations – all within a highly supportive and quality-driven environment.

  • Excellent understanding of classic techniques and modern trends
  • A natural collaborator who thrives in a polished, guest-focused environment
