Interim Operations & Education Lead

London | 18-month Fixed Term

We’re looking for a seasoned school leader to take the reins at an education business during a key period of parental leave cover. If you’re passionate about teaching, great at bringing structure to growing teams, and ready for a new kind of challenge outside the classroom, keep reading.

The role

You’ll be leading day-to-day operations, managing a small and talented team, and making sure everything runs smoothly while continuing to deliver top-tier educational resources to primary schools across the UK. You’ll play a central role in steering key projects, keeping quality high, and aligning with the long-term vision.

What we’re looking for

• Strong leadership experience as a headteacher, deputy, or head of year.
• Solid knowledge of PE or music within the UK primary curriculum.
• Someone who can make fast, smart decisions and keep things moving
• Great communicator who builds trust easily
• Passionate about making teachers' lives easier
