  • Engage in customer development activities, including one-on-one user-testing sessions with the Glite app.
  • Run our conversation club at the office for English language learners, that we host twice a month.
  • Deliver English language lessons to students, utilising our developed tools, to gather feedback that will inform ongoing development.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • 10+ years of English language tutoring experience
  • Knowledge of English teaching theory
  • Experience teaching English to different native speakers

Desirable Skills and Experience

  • Academic research experience
  • Experience teaching in a classroom
  • Experience teaching pronunciation
  • Practical experience using a variety of different techniques, systems, and apps for teaching
  • Experience with examining or teaching for specific exams, such as IELTS

What we can offer ✨

  • A real-deal startup adventure: you'll be hopping on a major project while it's still in the works!
  • A crew all about people and products
  • Flexible schedule
  • Work from our London office
  • Freedom to suggest, implement, and test ideas
  • Competitive salary & perks

Please note, this is a part-time role - ideally 2 days per week.

Hiring process

Our interview process consists of an initial video interview, then we’d love to invite you to our office for two further interviews with our founders.
