We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to play a pivotal role in supporting their operational leaders, shaping HR strategy, and driving high-performance cultures across renowned luxury healthcare facilities.


The Role

As an HRBP, you’ll be a trusted advisor to senior managers, supporting them with employee relations, organisational development, talent management, and workforce planning. You will ensure HR practices are both legally compliant and aligned with values of compassion, integrity, and excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the strategic HR lead for designated departments, providing expert guidance on all HR matters
  • Lead on complex employee relations cases, including investigations, disciplinaries, and grievances
  • Partner with leadership to drive performance, engagement, and cultural alignment
  • Support change management initiatives, including restructures and workforce transformation
  • Collaborate on recruitment strategies and retention initiatives in a competitive healthcare market
  • Analyse HR data and provide insights to inform business decisions


About You

  • CIPD Level 5 or above (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or senior advisory role, ideally within healthcare, luxury, or hospitality sectors
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build trusted relationships at all levels of the organisation
